Projects

Selected work, experiments, and things shipped — from Chrome extensions and CLIs to video pipelines and creator analytics. I build small, shippable products: tools people can install, run, or click through without a long onboarding story.

The list spans browser extensions like Lyriq (synced lyrics over YouTube Music) and Better Mail (in-place Gmail and Outlook rewrites), a zero-config media CLI in Optimist, an HLS video pipeline with FFmpeg and BullMQ workers, and Trackfluence for creator link analytics. Each project page covers the problem, what shipped, the stack, and where to try a live build when one exists.

Most of this work lives at the intersection of frontend craft and practical systems — TypeScript, Next.js, Chrome extensions, queues, and the occasional FFmpeg job. I care about interfaces that feel intentional and backends that stay understandable when something breaks at 2am.

Browse the archive below by year, open a project for the full write- up, or start from the home page highlights if you only want the current set. New experiments land here when they are solid enough to share — not every weekend spike, just the ones that earned a URL.

If you are hiring or collaborating, these case notes are the fastest way to see how I think: constraints, tradeoffs, and what I would improve next. Live demos and store listings are linked where they exist; source is linked when the repo is public.

Dates on the left mark when the project was published or last meaningfully updated. Newer work sits at the top. Tap any title for screenshots, architecture notes, and the next steps I still want to ship.
